Through course work with the Real Estate Negotiation Institute, Caroline became a Master Certified Negotiation Expert.   She received training in mediation from the South Carolina REALTORS®.  She has worked as a mediator, as well as served on a volunteer basis as a mediator for the South Carolina REALTORS® Association.
